Bio: Aby Raymond serves as the eMarketPlace Administrator as NASPO. Before joining NASPO ValuePoint, she was with Escambia County in Pensacola area, and previously served as Marketing Chair and President for the Central Gulf Coast Chapter of NIGP. Now she is using her 6 years in public procurement to support and enhance the NASPO eMarketPlace.
