The content offers tips, techniques, as well as guidance for using artificial intelligence that will equip participants with practical skills for creating clear, compliant, and effective scopes of work that promote competition and deliver positive outcomes.

Presenter Bio: Theresa Webb has 40+ years of experience in procurement as well as five-years of experience as a senior government procurement process consultant. She holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Business. Theresa is an NIGP Instructor and has served as chair of NIGP Accreditation Committee, on the NIGP Talent Council, NIGP Member Council, and on multiple teams creating NIGP coursework and Global Best Practices. Theresa was 2019 - 2020 President of FAPPO and President of the Tampa Bay Chapter of NIGP in 2014. Theresa has led training, workshops, and webinars for numerous professional organizations, authored published articles on procurement-related topics, and is co-author of Strategic Sourcing in the Public Sector, Routledge Publishing, part of the NIGP Cornerstones of Public Procurement textbook series.
